Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you rely on anything at mynamemarketing.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Only Refer

Mynamemarketing Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent walk-in tub, walk-in shower and tub-to-shower conversion providers. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products. A provider does any work in your home. Mynamemarketing Walk-In Tubs does not.

A Match Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work or products. We also cannot promise a provider will be available to serve your area when you need one. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Not Medical Advice

Nothing here is medical or health advice. We describe product features in general terms. We do not claim any tub, shower or feature will prevent injury or improve a health condition. Have questions about bathing safely with a health or mobility issue? Talk to a qualified health professional.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices shift with the product, the bathroom, the materials and the work involved. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Insurance, Programs and Financing

We cannot say whether any insurance plan, government program or other source will help pay for a project. Nothing here promises coverage or funding. Contact the plan or program yourself. Financing, if offered, comes from the provider or a third party, on their terms.

How We Are Paid

Mynamemarketing Walk-In Tubs may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains how that works.

Accuracy

We try to keep this information correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or has no mistakes.
