Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Mynamemarketing Walk-In Tubs wants mynamemarketing.lat to work for everyone. That includes older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
The Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What We Do
We try to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text large, with strong color contrast
- Make every page work with a keyboard
- Lay out pages to read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content may be partly out of our hands. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@mynamemarketing.lat and we will do our part to help. A family member or caregiver can reach out for you.
Send Us Feedback
Tell us where the site is hard to use. Email contact@mynamemarketing.lat and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Never Done
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep working to make it better.
Request a callback
Tell us about your bathroom. Share a few photos and notes, and a local provider in our network can reach out about your walk-in tub or shower project.
