How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want people who contact Mynamemarketing Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to do that and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
Write to us about:
- How your call or message to Mynamemarketing Walk-In Tubs went
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you said and what they said.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. But know the limits. Mynamemarketing Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@mynamemarketing.lat. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you want us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
